Rye Library Has $45K Goal This Week

If Santa was good to you, you can be good to the Rye Free Reading Room. The library needs to raise $45,000 this week to meet its annual campaign goal of $220,000.

"Libraries support the fundamental values of democracy with free, accurate and open access to knowledge, without distinction as to income, religion, or any other human condition. As you think about what matters this holiday, consider a contribution to the future of our library, perhaps a contribution in the name of a "hard to gift" someone or to honor the memory of a loved one," said Chris Shoemaker, Director of the Rye Free Reading Room.
