Better Late Than Never: MTA Project on Central Avenue Bridge to End November 10th

Back in April 2016, the MTA announced it needed to close the bridge crossing its train tracks Central Avenue in Rye.

At the time, it said they expected to closure to last six months.

Nearly 19 months later, the MTA has notified Rye "that their project on the Central Avenue Bridge is soon to be completed and the bridge will be re-opened to traffic by November 10, 2017."

Better late than never.
