Flops is an adorable, 13 month old spayed Shih Tzu/Terrier mix. She is up to date on vaccines. Flops loves to play with her sister Mops. She is a cuddle bug who loves to be held, and can't wait to meet her new furever family. She must be adopted with her sister Mops. Due to their shy nature and small size, they cannot go to a home with young children.
