John O'Sullivan is the founder of Changing the Game Project. He is a former professional athlete and coach, a well-regarded TedX speaker. and bestselling author of Changing the Game: The Parents' Guide to Raising Happy, High Performing Athletes, Giving Youth Sports Back to our Kids and Is it Wise to Specialize? 70% of children drop out of youth sports by age 13, and burnout and injury rates have gone through the roof. Our current sports system is not developing better athletes; it is developing broken athletes and stressed out families. John will present evidence-based ways to help parents raise happy, healthy, high-performing kids.
