The planning commission is Tuesday, December 10, 2019. We've got dock expansion at Shenorock, continuing saga of 1037 Boston Post Road (now trying to "get fit"), subdivision on Oakland Beach and The Osborn Home is looking for some sort of change in zoning – not clear why. And the new owner of the Avon campus, sold in July, is still looking to get approval to use the facility for medical offices and/or a storage site.
