The Rye Fire Department sent an annual reminder out over the weekend: change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

"As we change our clocks tonight, we encourage you to change the batteries in your smoke/CO alarms. Go check yours today. If you have any questions about your smoke/CO alarms, please call the fire house."
