Love, Hope & Support from the Rye Art Responds Project

About two weeks ago, the Rye schools and the Big Picture Foundation, an art non-profit run by Rye Middle School art teacher Kim Talalonis, launched a project called Rye Art Responds. In the wake of the global Coronavirus pandemic, the project provided students sidewalk chalk to draw signs of love, hope and support.

Here are just a small handful of the myriad pieces of art that popped up all over Rye, as well as a video compilation produced by student Cole Thomas.
