Commander Fred de Barros, Adjutant Tim Moynihan, and Legionnaire Terry McCartney laid wreaths at the memorials at Rye City Hall and Purchase Street during a ceremony on Monday, May 25th, 2020. Following taps being played over a portable audio system, Commander de Barros said a few words and the wreaths were placed at the memorials honoring the fallen.
