On Wednesday, Varsity Boys Soccer pulled a 0-0 draw at home versus Harrison. The team moved to a 3-0-2 season.

“Rye’s Keir Sadler added poise and vision to the attacking midfield position, Ian Koford and Michael Desmond established a fantastic presence in the middle of the field, and the starting back four of Luke Burnham, Jonas van Beurden, Ryan Kovacs, and Jack Formon put forth another strong effort to hold the opponent scoreless for the fifth consecutive match,” said Varity Boys Soccer Coach Jared Small.

“Starting goalkeeper Patrick Moran played an excellent first portion of the match before leaving early with an injury. The team played with great spirit in honor of Patrick and senior Jack O’Connor played a strong final 90 minutes to help preserve the shutout for Patrick and the boys.”
