Another COVID Case at Rye High School

The Rye school district notified the community Wednesday afternoon of another COVID case. The high school is currently on a 100% remote schedule and is expected to reopen next Wednesday, December 16th.

Dear RHS Families, Faculty and Staff,

The District was informed today that an individual at RHS has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in quarantine and was at the school on Tuesday, December 1.  Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individual cannot be released. There is no need for any additional contact tracing or quarantining associated with this new case.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Rye High School community safe.
