Additional Cases of COVID at Rye High and Rye Middle Schools

Monday morning the Rye school district announced additional cases of COVID at Rye High School and Rye Middle School:

Dear Rye High School Families, Faculty and Staff,

The District was informed today that an individual at RHS has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in quarantine and was last at the school prior to the winter recess. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individual cannot be released. There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with this case.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the RHS community safe.
