WHITE DOVE WITH A BLUE BAND AROUND 1 ANKLE IN THE BACKYARD OF ___ CENTRAL AVE. DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE INJURED. LOCAL RESIDENTS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY OWNER 10-98.

H2 Don’t Go. August 22. Forest Avenue. Road-Flooded. Caller reporting flooding in the area. backed. roadway blocked with barricades by dpw, 98.

H2 Man Hole. August 22. Forest Avenue. Road-Flooded. Caller reporting heavy flooding from a man hole near her property line. Water flooding her basement. DPW Car 14 notified. dpw on scene assisting homeowner, no further police action, 98.

Milking the Situation. August 23. Franklin Avenue. Suspicious Person. caller reports he received a notification from his video doorbell and noticed a male party turn and walk away. Starlight milkman delivering the milk.

Lunch. August 23. Newberry Place. Coyote Sighting. Caller states a coyote was observed trotting down Newberry Pl with a small animal in its mouth. It appeared healthy and was not acting in an unusual manner.

And a Cold Drink. August 23. Van Buren Street. Coyote Sighting. Caller reports that at approximately 1900 hours she observed a coyote drinking water from a puddle in her yard. The animal appeared healthy and was not acting unusual in any way.
