Rye Girls Varsity Swimming was drained by Horace Greeley on Wednesday afternoon, losing the away meet 66-109.
“Freshman Sophia Lord placed 2nd in the 200 Free,” said Rye Girls Varsity Swimming Coach Kelly Johanson. “Our 400 free relay placed 1st- Lord, Goldberg, Lien, Lombardo.”
Junior Zoe Lien placed 3rd in the 50 free and 500 free. The team’s record is now 2-2. The next meet is scheduled for Friday, October 1 at 4:30pm vs. Foxlane.
