MyRye.com is featuring varsity team MVPs from the Fall 2021 sports season. The MVPs have been selected by each coach. A big MyRye.com congratulations to all the MVPs.

The Girls Varsity Tennis MVP for the Fall 2021 season is junior Cassidy Pagen.

“Cassidy is the embodiment are hard work, good sportsmanship, and a quality team mate,” said Rye Girls Varsity Tennis Coach Anthony Campbell. “She is the model doubles partner having assembled an 8-1 doubles record this season playing with four different doubles partners (her only loss coming against a powerhouse Scarsdale pair that made it to the Section quarterfinals). Additionally, she twice played singles when we were short handed, winning in straight sets both times against Harrison to help secure our League title. Every match counts, and the Rye girls can always count on Cassidy.”
