No Bones About It. November 7. Grace Church Street. Dog Complaint. CALLER REPORTS THAT THERE ARE THREE DOGS IN THE YARD OF THE ABOVE PROPERTY THAT ARE BARKING AND ARE DISTURBING HER PEACE. Spoke with caretaker at above address. I advised her that if the dogs are barking for a prolonged period of time they are in violation of City Code 133-2A, which states The keeping of any animal or bird which, by causing frequent or long- continued noise, shall disturb the comfort and repose of any person in the vicinity is prohibited. I advised complainant the same. Caretaker complied and will be keeping a close eye on dogs.
