Boys Varsity Hockey Climbs Over Byram Hills, Heads for Semifinals
Rye Boys Varsity Hockey climbed over Byram Hills on Monday, winning decisively 17-0. Rye will now host John Jay in the Section 1 Semifinals this Thursday at 3:15 PM at Playland Ice Casino.
“This was a dominant performance from start to finish and all of our players contributed,” said Rye Boys Varsity Hockey Coach Peter Thomas. “Liam Draddy played a strong game up front with 2 goals and an assist while Foster Richardson recorded his first varsity hat trick and junior defenseman Jaxson Doornick scored his first varsity goal.”
