Caller is waiting outside. RESIDENT (_________ DOB:_____) IN APARTMENT ___, STATED HE LOST HIS KEYS AND WAS GAINING ACCESS TO HIS APARTMENT, ALL IN ORDER AT LOCATION, 98. backed.
Lock. Your. Vehicles. April 23. Stuyvesant Avenue. Suspicious Person. Homeowner reported seeing on security camera, someone rummaging through his vehicle in the driveway approximately an hour prior. Spoke with homeowner. Observed on video a suspect (nfd), running from the neighbors property, wearing a head lamp going through his vehicle. Nothing reported stolen by owner.
