Boys Varsity Baseball Glazed by Pelham, Heads to Playoffs

Rye Boys Varsity Baseball was glazed by Pelham as they head to the playoffs Monday. Pelham topped Rye 3-2 at the away game on Wednesday.

“The Garnets lost a tough one in walk off style to Pelham 3-2 in 10 innings,” said Rye Boys Varsity Baseball Coach Michael Bruno. “Shepherd Griffiths pitched 7 innings of 2 run ball to earn a no decision. Derek Woods had 3 hits on the day including a triple. The Garnets will look to regroup for the playoffs on Monday. Time and Team TBA.”
