DWI Arrest of Resident on Glen Oaks Drive
Rye PD arrested a Rye resident for DWI in the early hours of Monday morning.
On Monday, May 23, 2022, at approximately 1:30am, Rye Police Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Glen Oaks Drive in the area of La Salle Ave. Isabella Rose Abbot, age 21, of Rye, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
All tickets issued to Abbot are returnable to the Rye City Court on May 31st, 2022. Rye PD made an unrelated DWI arrest last Thursday nearby on Oakland Beach Avenue.
Rye PD reminds you that booking charges are merely accusations and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
