Girls Varsity Field Hockey Leaves No Bones for the Huskies

Rye Girls Varsity Field Hockey left no bones for the Harrison Huskies, leaving their rivals panting after a 10-1 win on Monday.

“Big win today over Harrison,” said Rye Girls Varsity Field Hockey Coach Kelly Vegliante. “We worked on our positioning and moving the ball and finding each other. It showed that anyone of our players could find the net. Lily Whaling with a hat trick and and 3 assists, her sister Beau a hat trick and and an assist . And several other players connections for goals. Ava passed the ball nicely contributing with a goal and three assists. So proud of them today as we prepare for Lakeland on Thursday.”
