St. Regis Residences, Rye Checks-In New General Manager
One checks out, another checks in.
The St. Regis Residences, Rye, the still new $100 million dollar 55+ development on the Playland Access Drive just off I-95 Exit 19, has a new general manager.
Loic Vince checked-in as the new general manager the week of July 25th. Most recently Vince served as executive director at All Seasons Ann Arbor, a Michigan independent living community. He has also served a variety of roles in the hotel industry, most recently with The Ritz-Carlton Hotels as hotel manager in New York, overseeing a team of 400. He spent over five years with the St. Regis in New York. The St. Regis Residences, Rye is the world’s first St. Regis Residences property to operate without a hotel.
Checking-out after a two year stint is Julie Oliff, hired in 2020 as the development was in building and sales mode. She has headed back West to join the new wellness retreat Sensei Porcupine Creek in California as general manager.
Just this past October the development announced that more than 85 percent of its 92 residences had been sold and that its first residents had moved in.
