Boys Varsity Baseball Bites the Roosevelt Sharks to Open Season
Rye Boys Varsity Baseball bit the Roosevelt Sharks at home to open the season. The Garnets hauled in the toothy menace for a commanding 10-0 win.
AJ Miller (W 1-0) had 4.0IP 0H 10K 2BB to earn his first varsity win. Miller was also 3-4 at plate with 1B, 2B, 3B and 4RBI. Tommy Broderick went 1-2 with 2RBI. Cameron Holler threw one inning of shut out ball.
The Garnets are now 1-0. They host Nanuet on Wednesday at 4:30pm.
