Girls Varsity Lacrosse Dices Pelham
Rye Girls Varsity Lacrosse diced Pelham on Thursday, winning the away game 18 – 8.
“Another great team win today for the Garnets!,” said Rye Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach Michelle Mason. “We showed up to compete, kept our poise, and played with grit throughout the field. We had 8 players contribute offensive points, our defense capitalized on Pelham errors, and both Karenna and Katherine owned their role between the pipes. A big shoutout to junior Della Goodman who surpassed the 100 career points mark with 112 total thus far in the stat book, congrats Del! The Garnets have a well-deserved break until we take on Scarsdale next Wednesday for our third league game. Go Garnets!”
