Girls Varsity Lacrosse Casts Master Number Over Scarsdale
Rye Girls Varsity Lacrosse cast the master number 22 over Scarsdale’s 9 on Wednesday to take the away win.
“We had an awesome team win today over league opponent Scarsdale!,” said Rye Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach Michelle Mason. “We had 10 players contribute to offensive points and our defensive system had strong minutes played by the entire defensive roster. We got off to a hot start scoring the first 4 goals of the game. Mali White, Lilly Whaling, and Mackenzie Chimento had huge games with 4G each and 17 draw controls amongst the three of them. Mary Sack also tallied 4 draw controls. Our transition and ride were fierce, showing our speed and grit throughout the field. We are excited for Bronxville on Saturday 6pm for Senior Day!”
