Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball went bonkers on Saunders Trades and Technical High School from Yonkers. The Gemstones netted the win 3 – 0 to open the season.
“Rye won 3-0; 25-11, 25-11, 25-13,” said Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach Geri Jones. “Anna Nolasco had 7 kills, and 6 digs. Erin Ball had 5 kills for the Garnets. The offense was led by Ashley Dehmer with 15 assists.”
The Garnets host Mamaroneck on Wednesday at 4:30pm (watch it).
