The Formula MedSpa Opens on Purchase Street
The Formula MedSpa formally opened on Purchase Street on Thursday afternoon. The medical spa offers an array of services including botox, fillers, pdo threads, facials, peels and laser treatments. It also offers testosterone therapy for men.
This will be the second location, expanding beyond the company’s current location in Rockaway, Queens. The Formula MedSpa is owned and operated by Nicole Frontera, a family nurse practitioner. It is on the second floor of 77 Purchase Street, the prior location of Patisserie Salzburg.
The business will be staffed by Frontera, a second nurse practitioner and five additional employees. Frontera expects to add up to five additional staff. She said the customer base is 70% women, 30% men from their mid-40s into their 70s.
