Girls Varsity Lacrosse Digs Into the Somers Tuskers

Rye Girls Varsity triumphed against Somers this past Thursday, winning 16-4 at an at-home non-conference game.

“Annie Toulouse had an awesome first game (3G 2A 1GB 1CT) and provided energy, creativity, and grit on the offense,” said Rye Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach Michelle Mason. “This was a great first team win with 8 different players scoring for the Garnets. Our defense stood tall and limited Somers opportunities, allowing just 4 goals.”

Their next game will be this Sunday against the Greeley Quakers in Chappaqua.
