An art show pairing 27 local artists with 27 local downtown Purchase Street retailers starts this Saturday, September 13 and will run for a month. Three of the artists – JoAnn Cancro, Meera Agarwal and Elizabeth B. Derderian have been featured in our Art of Rye series.
The show, called Art for Purchase, has been curated by the Rye Arts Center (RAC). The artworks are for sale, with 30% going to the RAC and the rest going to the individual artist. There is an opening on the village green on Saturday between 12:00pm and 5:00pm.
