The Rye Football team hosts senior night later tonight, Friday, October 17, 2025, against Eastchester at Nugent Stadium. Several special spectators will be in attendance to help celebrate the class of 2025 – alums from the 2005 New York State championship Garnets team have planned a 20-year reunion tailgate and game watch.

The 2005 four team captains will be joining the current Garnet captains for the coin toss before kickoff, and at halftime, the school will recognize Coach Dino Garr and the rest of the 2005 team on the field.

Take a trip down memory lane to relive some lasting pictures from a memorable year in the history of Rye football, capped off by the Garnets earning a 28-7 win over vaunted rival Chenango Forks in the final championship game.
