Not so prime.

On Tuesday, a former employee of Milton Point Provisions was arrested for stealing from the Milton Road restaurant.
Back on October 29, 2025, the owners of Milton Point Provisions (615 Milton Road, near the City of Rye boat basin, filed a report regarding unauthorized charges on their Amazon Prime Business Account. Detectives from the Rye Police Department reviewed the order history for the Amazon Prime Business account and discovered unauthorized purchases were made by an ex-employee.
The employee was later identified as 37 year old Susan Marie Siciliano of Mamaroneck, New York. The victims advised that Siciliano was employed by the restaurant but was terminated in January of 2025. Siciliano had access to the business account while she was employed but has not been authorized to use the account since she was fired. Detectives discovered that the unauthorized purchases included gift cards, candy, clothing, home and hygiene supplies. Over 30 purchases were made from September 26 to October 28, 2025. The total cost of the unauthorized purchases was approximately $4,319.86.
On Tuesday morning December 16, 2025, at approximately 9:00am, Susan Siciliano was processed on a charge of Grand Larceny 3rd degree, a class D Felony and arraigned in Rye City Court. Siciliano is being held at the Westchester County Correctional Facility until her next scheduled court appearance on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 9:00am. Rye PD reminds you that booking charges are merely accusations and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
