A 56-year-old man from Brooklyn was arrested by the Rye PD for an alleged fraudulent ID scam at Citibank on the Boston Post Road.

Rye PD arrested Glenn E. Graham, 56, of Brooklyn, New York, on Monday, August 30, 2026. Graham was charged with New York State Penal Law § 170.20, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Third Degree, after allegedly attempting to use fraudulent identification to withdraw money from a bank account. Authorities said he presented a fake Rhode Island driver’s license at Citibank.
