A Sign for the Future at Last Rye Council Meeting of Year

The Rye City Council passed the 2016 and said goodbye to two of its members at its last meeting of the year last week. "We concluded a very successful 2015 by passing our 2016 budget, and we wished Laura Brett and Richard Slack a fond farewell!," said Rye Mayor Joe Sack.

Laura Brett and Richard Slack were each given a sign for the future – a road sign with their name on it crafted in the Department of Public Works sign shop.
