Coldwell Banker Rye Office Adds New Head
Coldwell Banker Realty has added a new head of its Rye office.
Brett Forman has been appointed senior managing director of the company’s Sound Shore Office in Rye, where he will oversee more than 100 affiliated real estate salespersons serving home buyers and sellers throughout Westchester. Forman has spent nearly twenty years working in the New York City real estate market, most recently at Corcoran Group.
Broker Michèle Flood is synonymous with Coldwell Banker in Rye. She lives in the community, is a long time and top producing broker, and also reads children’s stories. The firm itself, like many others, operates in the shadow of the local giants Houlihan Lawrence and Julia B Fee Sotheby’s.
No doubt that is what attracted Forman to the challenge. Forman, who has sold and been involved with more than $1 billion in transactions throughout his real estate career, said he believes effective mentorship is a great way to build healthy and attractive company culture. “Our support can be the morale boost that spells the difference between competent work and ground-breaking, career-defining excellence. I want agents to feel supported and empowered by Coldwell Banker’s marketing tools, designed specifically to make their jobs easier and more efficient,” said Forman.
He has enjoyed living in Westchester for the past 16 years. Forman has sat on the Zoning Board of Appeals for six years in the Village of Larchmont and the Board of Directors for the Random Farms Kids’ Theater. He lives in Scarsdale with his wife, two children, and their Labradoodle, Daisy. Forman enjoys spending time in the Hamptons and outdoor activities with his family.
Welcome to Rye. Somebody get Forman some Garnet gear.
