Haybeach Partners has taken a 2,855-square-feet office in the International Corporate Center at 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue. CBRE handled the transaction. The three story building boasts 180,000 square feet.
Haybeach deals in non-traditional financial assets (NTFAs). LinkedIn indicates the firm has up to ten employees, seven with profiles.
