Interwebs Cut. July 22. Barlow Lane. Assist Citizen. caller states he is the homeowner at location and is out with verizon an employee at his home. Both parties stated that someone forced open his cable box located on the exterior of the home. stated someone proceeded to cut his fiber optic cable located inside the box. verizon worker states truck or branch ripped wire off the box thus forcing it open. wire hanging across street supposed to be connected to box. no signs of criminality.

Extra Care. July 22. CVS / 1121 Boston Post Road. Suspicious Vehicle. Caller state there is a suspicious vehicle at cvs parking lot. Car 11 dispatched.NO SUSPICIOUS VEHICLES OBSERVED. UNFOUNDED 10-98

Mourning Mooring. July 24. Port Chester Harbor. Civil Matter. complainant states his mooring ball is missing from harbor. car 11 sent.

Don’t Swim Here. July 24. Playland Cove. Environment Conservation Comp. Brownish substance in the water by Playland and Edith Read. Contacted DEC officer Tompkins and after consultation it was determined to possibly be an older oil leak that is breaking down. He stated due to the nature of the spill a cleanup team would not be able to contain or clean it and there is nothing that can be done.

Sardine Can. July 25. Purchase Street / Station Plaza. Assist Other Police Department. truck struck bridge. TOT MTA.

Leafing a Summons. July 28. The Gables / 599 Midland Avenue. LB City Code Violation – Leaf Blowers. Caller reports leafblowers in area. Leaf blowers in use by employee of A&D service group. sunny slope terrace Yonkers, NY. summons issued.
