Report of a man sitting in his car screaming. spoke with resident upon arrival, sound of screaming appears to be coming from a resident on the 4th floor unknown apartment. Fourth floor checked for noise/screaming by PO Foti and PO Molle, neg results.
Flooded with Cars. September 9. Laurel Street / Orchard Avenue. Impounded Vehicles. CALLER STATES THAT SEVERAL VEHICLES THAT WERE DAMAGED IN THE FLOOD ARE IN A POSITION THAT DISRUPTS THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC. towed from IFO Orchard Ave. RO on scene was advised and took plates off both vehicles. Was notified RJB towed vehicles.
Giant, Dangerous Invisible Fence. September 9. Nursery Lane. Utility-Wire Down. CALLER REPORTS THAT THERE IS A LIVE WIRE DOWN IN FRONT OF HIS BUSINESS. RYE COUNTRY BOARDING KENNELS. wire down in front of 21 nursery lane rye country boarding kennels. currently not across street but down across parking area. safety issue. con ed on site 98.
Take Him to Urgent Care. September 10. Langeloh Court. Coyote Sighting. CALLER STATES THAT THERE IS AN INJURED COYOTE IN HIS YARD.
Last Call. September 11. Second Street / Station Plaza. Noise Complaint. CALLER STATES THAT A LOUD GROUP OUTSIDE THE RYE BAR AND GRILL ARE DISTURBING HER PEACE. Observed a small group of bar patrons on porch. Advised manager to move the group inside or to the other outdoor side of premise. Agreed to do so.
Maintenance Issue. September 12. Grandview Avenue. Alarm-Burglary School Campus. AT THE RYE COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL. ROOM 213 MOTION IN THE PINKHAM BUILDING. THE PERMIT SHOWS EXPIRED IN THE SYSTEM. Back up 16. set off in error by maintenance staff 98.
Coyote 15, Resident Love. September 12. Milton Road / Parsons Street. Coyote Sighting. caller states coyote running across street by miton/tennis courts.
Left Bare. September 13. Bareburger, 50 Purchase Street. Burglary-3rd Degree: Illegal D Entry with Intent to Commit a Crime. Caller states m/b 6 ft, slim build short hair with white bandage or rope on arm entered Bareburger and removed employee’s personal items. Left through rear of Bareburger in direction of car park 4. NFD. Officers Keeney, Torres dispatched to scene. Officer Keeney on scene at Bareburger. Officer Torres redirected to CVS to follow up on use of stolen credit cards. States no discs available to burn security footage at this time.
Ranger Rick. September 14. Bradford Avenue / Henry Street. Animal Acting Rabid. Caller states a racoon is wandering in the street “acting erratic.” Officer Torres dispatched. canvassed area GOA.
UHaul, We Dump. September 15. Boston Post Road / Park Avenue. Road-Blocked. Harrison PD reports a UHaul traveling on Park Ave into Rye with its cargo door open, dumping debris in roadway. Officer DiDomizio dispatched to check and advise. debris moved out of roadway. no uhauls in area 98.
