Three Cheers for Game Day Cheering Competition
The Rye Varsity Cheerleaders competed in the Section One Championship this past Sunday at Blind Brook High School. The girls increased their scores in all of the categories related to Game Day cheering.
“We are so proud of them and we are looking forward to the winter competitive season,” said Rye Girls Varsity Cheerleading Coach Melissa Marsden. “Thank you to all of our fans who showed up to cheer us on. It was amazing to see and hear all of the Garnet fans. Stay tuned for our winter competition schedule.”
