Four More COVID Cases @ Rye Schools

The Rye school district announced four COVID cases Friday evening – two (2) at Rye High and two (2) at Rye Middle.

Dear Rye Middle School Families, Faculty, and Staff,

The District was informed today of two individuals at Rye Middle School who have tested positive for COVID-19. The individuals are currently in quarantine and were last in school on Tuesday, November 30, and Thursday, December 2. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individuals cannot be released.

There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with these cases.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Rye Middle School community safe.

Dear Rye High School Families, Faculty, and Staff,

The District was informed today of two individuals at Rye High School who have tested positive for COVID-19. The individuals are currently in quarantine and were last in school Monday, November 29, and today, Friday, December 3. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individuals cannot be released.

The second of the two cases resulted in quarantines. All individuals required to quarantine have been contacted by the District today via telephone and email.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Rye High School community safe.
