This Sunday, MyRye.com House building consultant Judy Martin of Green Home Consulting will present "Building Blocks For Creating Energy Efficient Homes" this Sunday, July 15, 2012 from 11:00am -12:00pm at Greenwich Audubon (613 Riversville Road, Greenwich, CT).
Martin helps homeowners in Fairfield and Westchester counties realize significant reductions in year-round energy use in their homes and communities as well as to improve indoor air and water quality.The program includes an overview of geothermal, solar electric & hot water systems, and the many financial incentives available.Martin is a frequent presenter to not-for-profit organizations and is a member of the US Green Building Council, the Nature Conservancy, Federated Conservationists of Westchester County, the Northeast Solar Energy Association and the Environmental Advocacy Group of Rye. Q&A will follow her 30-minute presentation.
Suggested donation of $5-10 for Audubon can be given at the door. RSVPs appreciated to Jeff at 203-869-5272 x239. This class will be followed by a tour of Audubon Greenwich’s Geothermal System and other green features built into this new Audubon center building, opened in 2002.
