What and when was your first paid job? 

Chamorro: Busser (summer job)

Describe your path to bartending: 

Chamorro: I started working for Z Group Hospitality in 2020. I had a little experience as a bartender and management offered me the opportunity.

What are three attributes that make someone a good bartender? 

Chamorro:

Chamorro: Energetic, casual, family-oriented, excellent food consistency, delightful drinks

Chamorro: Good drinks, delicious food, excellent service, and great bartenders

What’s your favorite drink and why?

Chamorro: Don Johnson – you never go wrong with vodka! Mix of delicious ketel, one grapefruit, fresh lime juice and mint. Perfect for the summer.

What is your favorite bar food and why? 

Chamorro: We serve our whole menu at the bar. Appetizers are incredible, delicious, and shareable. The Halibut, Milanese, and NY Strip Steak are insane.

What’s the most underrated day of week and time of day to enjoy your bar?

Chamorro: Wednesdays between lunch and dinner time.
