Rye Off the Record: Tremont Sued, Almost $1M/Bedroom & More
Houlihan Lawrence's sale of 400 Grace Church Street was featured in Sunday's New York Times. Listed for $4.395 million the five bedroom home went for $4.25 million. Rye's Tremont Capital, caught up in the Madoff mess, has been hit with two lawsuits. Rye resident James Pelgrift has left his position as president of the Discovery Museum in Bridgeport. We guess he'll get a call from Rye's Westchester Children's Museum asking for some help. While they are still there, check out the 12+ massive (40 plus feet?) evergreen trees replete with colored Christmas lights at 211 Stuyvesant Avenue.
