NY Knick Buys Home from Rye Realtor
New York Knicks shooting guard Josh Hart has purchased a home in the area from a local Rye realtor. Hart was traded to the Knicks in 2023 and signed a four-year, $81 million extension with the Knicks in the same year. He and his wife Shannon Phillips had twin boys born in May 2023. Local Compass realtor Kim Arenas reported she sold the couple a home on social media.
“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to help these amazing clients find their home!,” wrote Arenas. “We can’t wait for their family to create lasting memories here. And of course, go Knicks!”
After playing for Villanova, Hart was selected in the first round of the 2017 NBA draft as the 30th overall pick by the Utah Jazz before being immediately traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. He has also played for the New Orleans Pelicans and Portland Trail Blazers.
It is not clear where exactly Hart purchased in the area. Arenas did not return press calls.
