Please join the Rye Free Reading Room and the Rye Youth Council in welcoming former lawyer Nora Mulligan as she helps teens build a foundation for understanding the United States of America’s government systems by guiding us through the different levels and branches of government from local to federal (including their limitations and responsibilities), how the court systems work, why voting matters, and ways teens can get involved with shaping policy decisions and other government functions.
