Archie received Rye's stamp of approval on Wednesday on the steps of the Caroline O'Day Post Office on Purdy Avenue. I'm one of the guys that holds up the line in the post office to see all the different stamps before making my choice (sorry, but that's how I roll).
Our kids didn't know Archie, Veronica or Betty when I asked and I'm afraid they will miss the celebration of American history and culture that takes place on American stamps. We'll have to find a way to embed these lessons in email…
