Yesterday, I observed ______ attempting to remove a flag from the tree on MTA property. I advised him that the tree is owned by MTA, and you need permission to place / or remove signs from their property.

Bambi Down. January 8. Glendale Road / North Street. Animal Struck By MV. report of deer struck by a car. car 18 sent.

Turn Down for What. January 9. Florence Avenue. Noise Complaint. Loud music in the vicinity of #__. Spoke with homeowner who agreed to lower music and keep it down. 98

Deconstruct the Issue. January 9. Central Avenue. City Code Violation – CW Construction Work. Caller reports construction starting before 1000 hrs in violation of city code. Contractors on site did not appear to be working. They were advised of the city code.

Better Than a Yellow or Red Zone. January 9. Apawamis Avenue / Midland Avenue. Road-Traffic Light Malfunction. Traffic light on Midland / Apawamis on Yellow / Red Flash cycle. Poses no danger to traffic at this time. DPW responding.

Always That One Guy. January 9. Marriott Courtyard / Midland Avenue. Assist Citizen. Courtyard Marriott staff stated there is man walking in the hallway(s), banging on hotel room doors and refuses to go to his own room. Party in question is Mr. ______. party escorted back to room nothing further.

Sounds like Wile E. Coyote. January 10. Glendale Road. Assist Citizen. Caller reports a deer carcass left by “wild animals”. He describes a gruesome scene. DPW requested to remove carcass. Foreman Weeks on scene.

Doggone. January 13. Woods Lane. Assist Citizen. complaint of neighbor’s dog getting off leash. SPOKE TO THE COMPLAINANT WHO VERBALLY ADVISED ABOUT AN INCIDENT THAT SHE WANTED TO DOCUMMENT. COMPLAINANT WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FILL OUT A SWORN STATEMENT FORM. COMPLAINANT TOOK STATEMENT FORMS AND DID NOT RETURN. 10-98. Incident Reactivated.
