Rye Town Park and Beach is open for the 2021 season. Resident and non-resident permits for the 2021 season are available for purchase.
All visitors will be expected to comply with all current NYS & CDC Guidelines relating to COVID-19 Pandemic. All visitors must wear face coverings when entering park buildings or interacting with park staff.
Beach Access:
Beach access is from 9am – 6pm when lifeguards will be on duty. Parking and Beach Day Passes can be purchased at one of the three kiosks in the park. The Resident Beach Discount can only be obtained at the beach gates. Please note: MPay2Park is disabled until further notice.
Beach Permits:
Resident and Non-Resident permits may be purchased online through the park’s portal at permit.ryetownpark.com, or from the permit office within the park. The permit office hours are Wednesday through Sunday, 9AM to 3PM.
Parking Decals:
The park is no longer be mailing parking decals. Visit the permit office during office hours to pick up your decals. Parking decals must be visibly displayed on the inside of the driver side rear window of your vehicle to verify your permit.
Parking Policy:
The parking lot policy for the 2021 season is as follows: On holidays & weekends, admission to the parking lot is reserved for residents and all permit holders only, before noon. All visitors are welcome to park after 12pm. Weekends include all day Friday. On weekdays, Mondays through Thursdays, all visitors are welcome to park all day. Please note: MPay2Park is disabled until further notice.
Permit Office:
The park’s Season Permit Office is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. To ensure the safety of visitors and staff, all visitors MUST wear face coverings to enter the permit office. The following procedures will be followed at the Rye Town Park Permit Office: All staff will be wearing face masks; A face mask must be worn to enter the permit; Those not complying will not be permitted to buy a permit.
