After numerous weather related cancellations the Rye Track team ran at the county championships at the Armory this past Sunday.
Both the boys and girls performed well adding many personal bests. For the girls Logan Brady finished 4th in the 55 hurdles while Cate Doyle was 6th in the 55 meters.
Freshman Signe Olsborg was 2nd in the girls high jump with a jump of 4’8. For the boys, Dom Cich was a double scorer running 5th in the 1600 meters and 3rd in the 3200 meters. Christian Ellis was 5th in the 600 running 1:28.6. The boys 1600 relay (Alex Heldman, Christian Ellis, Nick McGuire and Sammy Tambe) was second the County.
