Tessie never hesitated to tend to any family member who needed help. A devout Catholic and long-time parishioner of Resurrection Church, later in life her Sundays began with morning Mass on TV and her evening phone call with her sister, Rose. She was known by all for her amazing cooking, “award winning cookies” and being the family historian.

She is survived by son Anthony and his wife Terry and grandson Anthony, Jr., of Rye; daughter Teresa “Terry” and grandson Chase Caridi of Rye; sister Rose Brancato Torok of Chapin, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews and dear family friends who all have fond memories to hold onto.
