Rye Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving was crested by Horace Greeley at the Birchwood Swim & Tennis Club on Wednesday, 85 Rye – 93 Horace Greeley at its season opener.
“Rye Neck sophomore Grayson Findlay had a great meet placing first in the 100 freestyle and third in the 100 backstroke,” said Rye Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving Coach Katie Konopka. “Kate Chesley had a great first varsity meet placing second in the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke.”
The 200 Free relay of Kate Chesley, Kayla Lombardo, Sydney Goldberg, and Ayana Ite placed first.
The Gemstones host Ursuline this Friday at 4:30pm.
