Rye Boys Varsity Football snared the Byram Hills Bobcats under the Friday night lights in feline territory. The Garnets polished a commanding 42 – 14 win.
“With the return of Jake Kessner, Charlie Garnett, Shep Griffiths, Koen Terlouw and Patrick Harrigan, the Garnets pounded the Bobcats on both sides of the ball in a total team effort,” said Rye Boys Varsity Football Coach Dino Garr. “We had an impressive first half showing, with a 35-7 lead. The players are executing better each week and we look forward to finishing our schedule and preparing for the playoffs. Our next opponent is Ardsley this Friday night at Rye.”
